Great location near transportation and attractions, surrounded by restaurants. Recently renovated with clean rooms and working air conditioning. Fresh breakfast with plenty of fruits and quality coffee. Welcoming and helpful staff who make guests feel at ease. Elevator available for convenience.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the owner Paul and the front desk staff, Caterina and Roberta, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. Charlie from housekeeping did a fantastic job and Donella from breakfast was sweet and efficient. I can't say enough great things about the entire staff. The hotel is small but modern and comfortable, with well-maintained rooms and great amenities like a TV with Netflix and reliable air conditioning. The location is strategic, close to Termini station and within walking distance of popular attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The reception staff were also friendly and provided useful assistance, including helping me with a plug adapter. I especially loved the little terrace.

This hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the train station and city center. The staff are friendly and provide great service. Breakfast has something for everyone and the barista-made coffee is delicious. If you're lucky enough to snag a room with a balcony or terrace, you'll enjoy a lovely view.

The hotel is well located, with small but cosy rooms and a charming balcony. The staff, particularly Roberta at the reception, went above and beyond to help with all our questions. They even offered us an umbrella when it was raining. Fantastic service!
