During our recent stay, we were impressed with the location of Le Terrazze Di San Giovanni, as it allowed us to easily explore the famous landmarks of Rome, such as the Colosseum, S. Giovanni, and S. Maria Maggiore. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. The friendly and helpful English-speaking staff made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated that breakfast was included at a local coffee shop. we had a wonderful and relaxing experience at this B&B in the heart of the Eternal City.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the metro station and train station. It is also situated opposite the beautiful San Giovanni church. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the necessary facilities such as a kettle. The staff is friendly and helpful, making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious and the view from the hotel is amazing.

One negative aspect is that the cafe down the street where breakfast is served could use a bit more cleaning.

Fantastic location with 10/15 min walk to main attractions, safe at night, helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, modern bathrooms, close to public transportation.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. I loved how it was conveniently located near the beautiful San Giovanni church and just a short walk from the city center and train station. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms were just what I needed. One highlight was definitely the rooms on the terrace, which allowed me to soak up the sunshine. Another delightful touch was the coffee maker on the room table, making breakfast a breeze.

All was well taken care of.

The rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the city. the Italian breakfast was also a tasty treat and gave us the energy we needed for a day of exploring. And, the location was fantastic with easy access to public transportation and several popular tourist attractions nearby.

The spotty wifi, making it difficult to stay connected. there was a lack of staff presence and communication, which made it difficult to get help when needed.
