stayed at Hostel & Rooms recently. staff incredibly friendly and helpful, top-notch cleanliness, ample storage space with two lockers per bed, and provided towels. Easy to meet other travelers at the hostel bar. Good location for hiking in Monte Resegone area and accessible to Lake Como attractions. Great facilities including a fridge, microwave, and a bar on-site. the new hostel feels classy and offers better amenities than most US hotels at a fraction of the cost.

Always coming back for the warm welcome, cozy vibe, and exceptional service. Staff returned forgotten headphones. Perfect stay with Free Wi-Fi, On-site car park, and many activities. Great for Christmas. Couldn't ask for more!

The bedlinen and towels are included. the beds were so massive and comfy that I felt like I was sleeping on clouds. the room was vast, like a luxurious palace but with a friendly, cozy atmosphere. Storage was abundant, I even had extra space for imaginary friends!

The atmosphere at this hotel is top-notch! From the moment I arrived until I left, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They provided me with excellent information about the area and even helped me book a tour. the rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of storage space for all my belongings. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. the communal areas, including the dining room and outdoor garden, were great spots to unwind after a day of exploring. And let's not forget the friendly and helpful staff who truly made my stay memorable.

If I had to point out one thing that could be improved at this hotel, it would be the need for better maintenance of the shower cabins. I found them to be a bit cramped and uncomfortable to use.

the brand new building offered convenient rooms and very clean bathrooms, complete with nice amenities. the staff was incredibly helpful, providing local recommendations and going above and beyond. we particularly enjoyed the option to fill up our water bottles at the dedicated machine and the complimentary welcome drink at the bar. the splendid kitchen space and delicious breakfast added to the overall excellent experience.
