We had an issue with the noise from the reception, but the staff at Dimore Delle Zagare Ortigia was quick to resolve it by moving us to a quieter room. The spacious and bright rooms were spotlessly clean, and the modern decor gave a pleasant vibe. The staff was helpful and accommodating, even assisting us with returning our room keys to our previous hotel. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like having to pay for tea and coffee in the room and the intrusive lemon odor, our overall stay was enjoyable. I'll recommend this B&B for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

We adored staying at a charming hotel. the complimentary breakfast with fresh local foods was mouth-watering, and the staff was more than friendly and accommodating. the location was central, and everything was within a short walking distance. the hotel room showcased the best of both worlds, being both light-filled and clean. We also appreciated the abundance of amenities that were provided to us.

Although the hotel was lovely, it is not equipped with an elevator, which can be a bit of a hassle if guests are located on the upper floors. This seems like a common issue at many hotels/b&b's in Italy.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the fabulous staff who ensured our smooth arrival and provided secure parking for our car. They even arranged a reliable driver to take us to the archeological museum and site in Syracuse. The room was beautifully decorated, with a balcony and spacious bathroom. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town, yet on a quiet street. Marcello, the host, was charming and informative. The hotel was clean, modern, and the breakfast was amazing.

Centrally located and easy to access parking nearby. the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh fruit, sausage, breads, and local sweets and cakes. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable with quality linen.

Some noise from the street was occasionally disturbing, as the windows were single glazed. We were on the top floor and had to climb three flights of stairs, as there was no elevator.
