The incredible location on the hill provides breathtaking views of the city. Being very near the center, it allows easy access to all the main attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have a mix of old and modern furniture, giving them a unique charm. The service is excellent, with the staff always being responsible and helpful. The check-in procedure is clear and hassle-free. there is a food market conveniently located nearby.

The WiFi connection in the room could be improved to ensure a better browsing experience.

Our room at Leone X was clean, bright, and very nice. The house where the hotel is located is amazing, and the location is excellent, just a 15-minute walk to the city center. The electronic check-in was comfortable, and the mother of the owner who met us was very polite. On Sundays, parking is free in the area.

We had an amazing stay at Leone X Genova Affittacamere! The hotel's location is just perfect, right in the heart of the city centre. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-equipped with a small kitchen including a kettle and microwave. We were truly impressed and highly recommend this place. An added bonus is the ease of arrival, as you can take the Volabus and stop at De Ferrari. From there, it's just a short 5-minute walk to the hotel, near Piazza del Portello. Additionally, the Funicolare is also located close by. All in all, a fantastic experience!

The building was absolutely stunning with a super nice hotel that had spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. The owner and his mom were incredibly nice, offering GREAT tips and always ready to help. The neighborhood was beautiful, with a supermarket nearby and a park boasting a jaw-dropping view. Plus, it was conveniently close to the historic city center! I definitely recommend it and would love to come back!
