Conveniently located, within walking distance to the city center and train station. Clean and well-equipped rooms, with comfortable beds and stylish bathrooms. Friendly staff who provided helpful information and a detailed map of the area. Easy parking on the street and nearby coffee shops for breakfast.

I had a late arrival, but the owners made sure everything was waiting for me upon my arrival. The communication prior to my stay was excellent. The location of the guesthouse was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to all the main attractions in Florence. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated that there was coffee and water available in the lounge area. I highly recommend the Leone X Guest House for a great stay in Florence!

One drawback was that the bathroom in my room was a bit small and crowded near the toilet. However, it was still functional and clean.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance of all the major sightseeing attractions in the very center of the city. It made exploring Florence so convenient. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful, providing lots of useful information. Lastly, the room was clean and spacious, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the extra bed and the on-suite bathroom.

The location of the guest house is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station. Being close to the train station makes it easy to reach from a travel point of view. Additionally, it is located close to everything in Florence, making it easy to explore the city.

There were some noise issues in the morning due to the old building, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

This hotel is superb value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is excellent. I loved that there is a self-service option for water and coffee at a very affordable price. They even provide a fridge to keep your wine cool! The location of the hotel is ten minutes from the train station, making it easy to access. It's just far enough away to avoid the crowds but still close to all the main attractions. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities provided in the clean and spacious rooms were lovely. I also appreciated the signs reminding guests to use only a little bit of toilet paper and flush several times to maintain the cleanliness. The availability of kitchen facilities for breakfast and to take with us on our trip to Cinque Terre was an average plus.

We also enjoyed the tea making facilities and the availability of "real" coffee and water from the fridge. the location was convenient, a short walk from a transportation hub that provided access to key areas.

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and the toilet was oddly placed, making it uncomfortable to use. the room was small and noisy due to its location facing the street.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was upgraded for free. Convenient location for sightseeing. Prompt responses to inquiries.
