I had a fantastic stay at a hotel that was close to all the main attractions in Rome. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and within 15 minutes of most landmarks. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my experience even better. The building itself was impressive, with a unique and beautiful design. I particularly loved the use of the blue-green color theme throughout. it was a wonderful place to stay.

The location was ideal, with buses and the metro line just a short walk away. There were plenty of restaurants and bakeries in the area, adding to the convenience and charm of the hotel. The staff, particularly the friendly lady at reception, provided exceptional service. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the cleaning staff always greeted us with a smile. Exceptional hotel experience at Liliumhotel. The warm welcome and friendly, efficient staff made our stay memorable. The room, though small, was clean and comfortable with a balcony offering a street view. The hotel's location was convenient, with nearby amenities and tourist attractions within reach. The daily breakfast was delightful, with a variety of continental treats. I highly recommend this hotel for its character, warmth, value, and excellent service.

Additionally, the hotel is within a reasonable walking distance to Piazza de Spangia, which is a major tourist attraction. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with the rooms being cleaned and comfortable throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful balcony adorned with flowers, offering a lovely view into a peaceful vent shaft space. The breakfast selection was superb, featuring a wide variety of sweet pastries, cereals, rolls, butter and cheese. The quality and presentation of the breakfast items were consistently top-notch.

Celebrating New Year’s Eve in this hotel was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and hospitable. They offered a complimentary bottle of bubbly and chocolates, which made us feel special. The hotel was located near the train station and many restaurants and sights were within walking distance. Plus, our room was equipped with a lovely balcony that had a picturesque view of the city.

The breakfast was a bit lackluster, mostly consisting of dry pastries and limited fruit options. the room was a tad small, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

The hotel offers a secret elevator for luggage convenience and provides helpful transfers and directions.

It was also very close to the Roma Termini station, making it convenient for transportation to and from the airport. The sign for the hotel was not very visible from far away, making it difficult to locate the hotel unless you were right outside the door.

The shower in our room was a step up from a garden hose, but unfortunately, the shower head would not adjust properly. It was a bit inconvenient, but we managed. The hotel is located on the third floor of a building, and the signage on the building was not well marked, making it a bit confusing to find the entry. We had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to reach the elevator. However, despite these minor inconveniences, the staff at Liliumhotel were incredibly helpful with transportation issues. They went above and beyond to assist us in navigating the city. The room itself was clean and had air conditioning, which was a relief during the hot summer days. our stay at Liliumhotel was pleasant and we would recommend it to others.
