Incredible staff, welcoming and attentive. Beautiful area, close to central Milan. Modern, clean and comfortable rooms. Secure and quiet. Complimentary drinks and sharing platter.

The room was beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. The breakfast pastries and coffee were delicious. The staff provided excellent service, fixing our broken air conditioning quickly and even bringing us a bottle of champagne as an apology. We also received free drinks at the bar.

Felt warm, no reason to complain.

The staff were incredible. Very welcoming, friendly and attentive/accommodating. Located in a beautiful area, a 15 minute walk through a scenic park to the city center, shopping, restaurants, etc. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Modern decoration, lovely atmosphere, and very clean.

No proper reception and not very comfy. The bathroom is very small and dark, and the bedroom is small.
