We got such great value for our money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, and the bathroom was spacious and modern compared to others we stayed at. The location was perfect, just a short distance from San Marcos and close to water buses to take us anywhere we wanted to go. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, treating us like family throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a fantastic location. Just a few minutes away from the main part of Venice, it's perfectly situated for exploring the city. The rooms are clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Plus, having a mini patio was a lovely touch. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided were great. The AC was a lifesaver during the hot days. The breakfast had enough options to satisfy everyone, and the free WiFi was a bonus.

There was one tiny downside. The tea and coffee provided during breakfast were not up to par.

The hosts were excellent, superb advice, quick delivery of forgotten item, great location, friendly staff, charming hotel.

And let's not forget the delicious breakfast served each morning, with wonderful cappuccino and stunning views of the orange-tiled rooftops of the city. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations.

We're spending 3 weeks in Italy and our favorite so far is this hotel. The location is amazing, just minutes away from Doges palace and SAN Marco Square. There are plenty of restaurants with canal views and lots of souvenir shops. The hotel itself is charming with helpful staff. We'll definitely be back next year for a longer stay!

Our stay at Locanda Al Leon was fantastic. The building, dating back to the 15th century, was an absolute gem. The owners provided excellent tips on where to go in the city, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We loved every moment of our 3-night stay.

The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk from major tourist sites and water bus stations. the vintage Venetian style of the rooms added to the charm of the hotel. the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English.

The shower cubicle was a bit small, but it wasn't a major issue. the room didn't have air conditioning, only heating, which could be a concern during the warmer months.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Venice. The location was simply amazing, just minutes away from St Mark's Square through a narrow alleyway. I loved the Venetian style of the rooms, with their beautiful furniture and attention to detail. My room even had a little balcony with a view of the dome. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, always there to assist with anything I needed. And I couldn't start my day without mentioning the wonderful breakfast they served, complete with delicious cappuccino and a view of the orange tiled rooftops of the city. It truly made my holiday even more special.
