We loved the quiet residential location, close to the center and the vaporetto stop.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was near one of the vaporetto stations and only a two minute walk from the Spirit Santo waterbus stop. We were able to easily find the hotel down a lovely small alley, and enjoyed bringing chairs outside for a mid afternoon prosecco. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, with some having a lovely view of a green garden. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing us with coffee/tea during other times of the day.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was not very appetizing, with nothing fresh and served rather late in the morning.

As young people, we really enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped room with a TV, sofa, dressing table, and wardrobe. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the little packets of body wash and soap provided. The location was quiet, but still within easy walking distance of lively areas and popular attractions like St. Mark's and the Doge Palace. The hotel also provided excellent directions to find our way easily, even late at night.

My stay at Locanda Ca' Del Brocchi was fantastic! The room was beautifully designed with a classic French style. The cleanliness was spot on, and the staff, both the lady at the desk and the guy in the afternoon, were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient yet secluded, providing a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options, including rolls, salami, cheese, yogurt, and delectable chocolate croissants. The cappuccino was also a standout. I loved how the room had adorable French-style windows and overlooked a charming courtyard. It's definitely a great place for both short and long-term stays.

We arrived late at around 9 p.m. but Daniele was happy to meet and check us in. We booked a quadruple room but were pleasantly surprised by an apartment with a private entrance and its own kitchen/dining room, hall, and two separate bedrooms - all at the same price we would have paid for a double room anywhere else! The apartment was well-furnished with particularly beautiful bedrooms in the Venetian style. Breakfast was acceptable and the breakfast staff very warm and solicitous, even offering us a tray so we could partake of breakfast in the comfort of our own dining room. We had a lovely and comfortable stay, and would more than recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a tranquil yet central location at an excellent price. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and a LOVELY Venetian style apartment for families. Walking distance to major attractions, with a rooftop bar and tea/coffee facilities in the room.
