The rooms are comfortable with spotless bathrooms and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided is good, with options like croissant and coffee.

The hotel had a beautiful decor, resembling an ancient palace, with direct views to the canals. The room was large, comfortable, and very clean, with a spacious bathroom that had double sinks, a large bathtub. The balconies overlooking the canal were a great addition. The location was excellent, close to all main attractions, and easily reachable from St Mark's square by boat or taxi boat from the airport. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. the hotel provided a fair quality/price relation for Venice.

The room was super-quiet, super-clean, and the bed super-comfy! Located near lovely restaurants and coffee places on a beautiful square near a Venetian church. Only a few minutes walk to major tourist attractions. Assistance from the staff was kind, patient, and fun to practice Italian with. Breakfast was simple but very fresh. The hotel is beautifully decorated with ancient and modern art and authentic furniture.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, it was a delightful experience. the location was just perfect - nestled along a small canal, it was in a quiet neighborhood yet not far from the center, just a few bridges away. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were beautifully decorated with antique furniture and had modern bathrooms with a lovely view of the canal. Lastly, the breakfast was simply amazing, with a wide selection of delicious croissants, eggs, and cereals.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city and all its main attractions. We loved the unique character of the building, with its antique furnishings and charming atmosphere. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. To top it off, the breakfast spread was delicious and provided us with everything we needed to start our day.

We did have a bit of trouble finding the hotel at first, as it was hidden away in a back alley. All in all, our experience was wonderful and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Great location just a short walk from a main square with many restaurants and shops. Convenient transportation options, with water buses and private taxis available nearby. Spacious and comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms and plenty of storage. Enjoyed the traditional renaissance decor and the terrace in the attic room.

Experienced issues with hot water and patchy wifi throughout the stay. Some furniture and fixtures in the room were falling apart, which was frustrating.
