We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with the hotel situated right on the beach and offering stunning views of the sea. We were able to relax and unwind on the hotel's private beach, complete with comfortable loungers and umbrellas. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and a range of other amenities available to ensure maximum comfort. We also appreciated the convenient shops and commercial services located nearby, as well as the option for airport shuttle services. The hotel even welcomed us with a refreshing welcome drink and offered tours and ticket assistance. We were truly impressed with the quality of the rooms, which were equipped with modern amenities such as heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a terrace with comfortable garden furniture. The complimentary toiletries, electric kettle, television, and AM/FM alarm clock added to the overall comfort of our stay. The dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was superb, and we enjoyed delicious meals and drinks at the bar/lounge area.

We stayed in a family-run hotel in a small and beautiful town. the staff was very kind and helpful. the hotel offers a private beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs. We enjoyed the breakfast that was amazing and the personal touches added by the owners and staff were a plus. We were pleased to find out that there were great restaurants around the town.

The beach could get crowded at lunchtime, and boats dump their waste in the water, which affects the cleanliness of the shore. It was hard to enjoy a nice swim during peak hours.

Lovely family-run hotel, away from tourist crowds, with easy access to Amalfi towns and Capri. Warm greeting and helpful service. Private beach with comfortable loungers. Amazing breakfast with personal touches. Great for boat rides and local walks.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the warm and friendly service at The Locanda del Capitano. The family-owned business made us feel right at home and their attention to detail was exceptional. The 1 Michelin star restaurant downstairs was a highlight, with its breathtaking view and delicious menu. The staff was incredibly helpful, offering great suggestions for day trips like taking a boat to Capri instead of visiting Pompeii on a crowded Saturday. The location right on the beach was fantastic, and we loved the private beach area with umbrellas and lounge chairs. The breakfast was amazing, and the personal touches added by Alfonso's wife Claudia and her mother Grazia made our stay even more special.

We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. There was absolutely nothing to complain about.
