The location was perfect for exploring Ragusa on foot, with everything within walking distance. Our room was comfortable and cool, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The staff, especially Martina, were exceptional in their service, making us feel welcome and attending to our needs. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options to start the day. And the highlight of our stay was the amazing restaurant recommended by the hotel, where we enjoyed two memorable evenings. I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, unique ambiance, and outstanding service.

We stayed at a very unique property with individual rooms. Our spacious Junior suite had a small balcony, but we were intrigued by the 'cave style' rooms. The staff was extremely helpful during check-in and even parked our car nearby in a free parking area, which was a relief considering the narrow streets. We also had the pleasure of dining at their off-site 2-Star Michelin restaurant, which offered a delightful culinary experience in a partially carved stone setting. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast, with wonderful staff and a delicious spread. The room was clean, had a nice view, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The silky soft sheets added extra comfort, and the shower had good water pressure. Throughout our stay, Edoardo was incredibly helpful and made our experience memorable.
