The staff, especially Martina, were exceptional in their service, making us feel welcome and attending to our needs. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options to start the day. And the highlight of our stay was the amazing restaurant recommended by the hotel, where we enjoyed two memorable evenings. I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, unique ambiance, and outstanding service.

We stayed at a very unique property with individual rooms. Our spacious Junior suite had a small balcony, but we were intrigued by the 'cave style' rooms. the staff was extremely helpful during check-in and even parked our car nearby in a free parking area, which was a relief considering the narrow streets. We also had the pleasure of dining at their off-site 2-Star Michelin restaurant, which offered a delightful culinary experience in a partially carved stone setting. the highlight of our stay was the breakfast, with wonderful staff and a delicious spread. the room was clean, had a nice view, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. the silky soft sheets added extra comfort, and the shower had good water pressure.
