the location was perfect, right across from the coliseum where you can watch the opera. the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the double bed was incredibly comfortable. the bathroom was well-equipped and the mini bar was a pleasant surprise. there was a bistro downstairs that served delicious pizzas. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for its top-class quality and convenient location.

The hotel's location right in the center of this city is excellent. We were in the heart of the old town, with a view of the arena from our room. It was convenient to have a restaurant called 'Mamma Mia' and several other restaurants right below the hotel. The staff, especially Nadia and Mariana, were friendly and professional, ensuring that we had an enjoyable stay.

We got great value for our money with a spacious room, beautiful decor, and two bathrooms. The location was perfect, right by the Verona Arena and main square, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could have been better organized at the bistrot Mamma Mia. The waiters were inefficient and made us pay even though we had already informed them that we were guests.

Great value for money, spacious and comfortable room with a lovely view. The location was ideal, within walking distance to major sights in the old town. The hotel and restaurant staff were nice and helpful.

The location of the hotel was amazing, just across the square from the famous Arena. It was very convenient for exploring the city and attending events. the room was upgraded and had a Jacuzzi bath, which was a nice bonus. The room itself was spacious and had a typical Italian style, creating a charming atmosphere.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. the lift was out of order, and since I was on the 3rd floor, I had to climb the stairs.

Great location to explore the city on foot! Loved the balcony views and the continental breakfast. Free WiFi and coffee/tea provided. Quite convenient to have a nearby parking garage, only 400 meters away.

Oh, and the elevator not working was such a delightful surprise, just added a little adventure to my stay!
