The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is close to all the sightseeing spots and located right on the island, but for half the price. You can easily explore the city on foot and it's a great base to start your adventures. The room was beautiful and cosy, with clean and comfortable bathroom facilities. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. the breakfast delivered to the room was delicious and convenient.

One small downside was the lack of an elevator, which made it a bit difficult to carry heavy luggage up the stairs.

mezzo pozzo was a hidden gem in venice, away from the tourist chaos. rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for a family. staff went above and beyond, tracking us from the bus station and offering helpful suggestions. breakfast was delicious and filling, coffee was strong. exceeded our expectations for a relaxing stay.

the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to food, bars, and various attractions like the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. the building itself, built in 1970, had a charming Venetian style with beautiful ceilings and medieval interiors. Our apartment was spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. the best part of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the receptionist, Lisa. She was friendly, accommodating, and spoke excellent English.

The staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with lots of information about the building, which is a beautifully restored 16th century house once inhabited by nobility. the hotel itself is in excellent condition, with a sparkling clean and nicely restored interior. Our room felt like a royal king/queen room and was very comfortable. the location couldn't have been better, as it was close to Rialto Bridge, Piazza San Marco, and other historic attractions. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby. a fantastic experience.

The complimentary upgrade to a suite was a delightful surprise, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness, especially the lady with brown hair, made us feel truly welcomed. The breakfast delivered to our room was a lovely touch. We were also grateful for the option to store our luggage until our departure later in the day. a wonderful experience that I would gladly repeat.
