enjoyed our stay in lucca. in villa elisa & gentucca was even better than before. loved the big room with french doors opening onto the street. breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for exploring the old part of the city.

Pillows were uncomfortable.

Free parking is a huge advantage and made our stay so much easier. The rooms in Gentucca were spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi was consistent and strong, which was great for staying connected during our trip.

One small downside was that the kitchen could use a new coffee machine. The current one didn't work properly, which was a bit disappointing.

The rooms were spacious and decorated with modern and quirky artwork, giving them a cool and unique vibe. the complimentary glass of Italian wine and snacks upon arrival were a nice touch that made us feel welcome. the location of the hotel was great, just a few minutes walk from the magnificent city walls.

It would have been more convenient if we were provided with a key to lock the bikes ourselves or if we were informed of the return time beforehand. This was a small inconvenience that could have been easily resolved by better communication.

We really got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was nice, spacious, and clean, with a lovely bathroom and good air conditioning. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the entrance of the old city, and having on-site parking was a bonus. The staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful, welcoming us and providing recommendations for places to eat. They even let us keep our car parked a bit after check-out so we could explore the city a little more. a great experience!

We loved the clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the convenient location of this hotel. The proximity to the walled city made it easy for us to explore, and the hotel's parking was a huge plus. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, and the staff made us feel welcome by greeting us every morning.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel just next to the old city of Lucca. The location was perfect as we could easily park our car and access the city on foot. The hotel itself was lovely, with nice rooms and a delicious breakfast. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, even allowing us to keep our car parked for a few extra hours after check out. This gave us the opportunity to spend more time exploring the beautiful city of Lucca.

The location of this B&B was fantastic, just a short walk outside the city walls. It was great to be able to easily park our car and access the city without any hassle. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to keep our car parked even after check-out so that we could explore Lucca a bit longer. And the breakfast was decent, providing us with a good start to the day.

One minor drawback was the hair dryer, which had a short cord and would overheat and shut down quickly. It would have been nice to have a more functional hair dryer in the room.
