Finding the property was a nightmare. The Google Maps location was completely misleading, and despite calling the reception, we received no guidance. After half an hour of circling the area, a kind stranger from another B&B helped us locate it. On top of that, the reception staff's demeanor changed when we checked out, going from friendly to grumpy upon mentioning where I'd left the keys, which was extremely frustrating.

Consider asking staff for details on the kitchenette. it wasn't mentioned during my stay, making refreshments access less clear.

The location's sweet as, heaps close to Duomo! But, the noise from the street can be a bit much, especially early with those morning bells. Still, loved the comfy room!
