Chur, the place was sweet as with a fab location near heaps of stuff! Only bummer was the stairs to the lift, but overall a great stay.

this place could have been charming but fell flat with their atrocious cleaning crew who even tried to steal my AirPods! And don't get me started on the total lack of coffee and toilet paper – really classy, right? expected some sort of upgrade or complimentary treat because of my inconveniences, but alas, just regular service for me. almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

Finding the entrance is an adventure due to non-existent signage!!! The six stairs to the elevator are brutal with luggage!!! Intermittent Wi-Fi and inconsistent room amenities could really use some attention!!!

What a delightful experience! The location is simply unbeatable, just a stone’s throw from the Duomo. The breakfast at the café across the street was a lovely way to start every day, and the room itself was spacious and quiet—a surprising oasis in such a bustling city.

However, getting to the hotel was a bit of a scavenger hunt since the signage is minimal. we almost missed it. Additionally, the lack of a full-time front desk meant no one was there to assist with our arrival, so be sure to communicate your check-in time ahead of time.

The location is a dream! Right in the heart of Florence with everything walkable within minutes 🏛️. The double room we had was spacious, well-decorated, and had a flat-screen TV which added a nice touch. Breakfast options were solid across the street.

The room had a fridge and safe for valuables. The elevator took us to 4th floor only after climbing stairs.

We stayed at this charming place with our five kids, and the location made visiting all the major sights a breeze! The kids loved the quirky room design and the cute city view from our window. Francesco was super helpful, adding to our fun experience.

My wife says that the six stairs to the elevator were tough with kids and luggage. An easier lift access would be fantastic for families.

This place is a balanced option for a transient visit in Florence with good value for price. The room had nice decoration and included essentials like a safe and fridge, which were really handy. Make sure to check out the elegant restaurant across the road for a delightful continental breakfast.

I had a great stay! The elegant classic decor was stunning, and I especially loved the comfy bed and the complimentary bottle of wine. Just wished the hot water lasted longer during my shower.

this place is super cozy! the rooms are cute and decorated really nice. U get a complimentary bottle of wine when u check in, which is a nice touch. location is perfect, like right near the duomo and other cool spots, everything is walkable. internet works great and the staff are super friendly. comfy beds too, like wow!

but getting to the elevator is a pain with all those stairs, and the cleanliness could be better, especially under the bed.
