I had the most delightful stay at Maison Marie! From the moment I made my reservation, the communication with Deborah was excellent. She even arranged my airport transfer and checked in with me after I left to ensure my satisfaction. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center with restaurants and shops nearby. The room was comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me, including helping me book a boat tour and suggesting beautiful beaches to visit. The breakfast, although not extensive, was still enjoyable. I particularly loved the option of having it on the terrace. Although there were a few minor inconveniences like running out of toilet paper and the beds being a little firm, they were quickly resolved, and it didn't overshadow the wonderful experience I had at Maison Marie. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The location was absolutely perfect! We were right in the center of everything, with shops, restaurants, and bars just steps away. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere without needing a car. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. The room smelled amazing, and it was spacious enough for our needs. We also loved the fact that we could have breakfast delivered to our room each morning, making it super convenient.

One thing we weren't completely satisfied with was the lack of coffee and milk in the room. It would have been nice to have those amenities available for those of us who prefer coffee in the morning.

During my Xmas stay in Sorrento, I loved the prime location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, allowing easy access to the ferry terminal and train station for day trips to Capri and along the Amalfi Coast. Another great aspect was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, making my stay much more enjoyable. Additionally, the room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with fantastic facilities.

One downside I experienced was the uncomfortable beds, which were a little stiff for my liking. Another minor inconvenience was the confusion regarding the provision of conditioner.
