As young travelers, we absolutely loved the modern facilities and amenities at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, including providing car service during a taxi strike. The dining experience was excellent and the breakfast spread was impressive. The old world charm of the hotel added to its overall appeal. The spacious bedroom and bathroom were also a big plus. Additionally, the hotel management surprised us with complimentary sparkling wine for a birthday celebration during our stay.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, which made it difficult to sleep with the noise and vibrations. Although they eventually moved us to a different room, it was still disruptive.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bathroom was spacious. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Spanish Steps and other major attractions. The bar at the Terrace was great, and the service was always pleasant. I also appreciated the traditional key system and the well-maintained original elevator from 1898. a great place to stay in Rome.
