The knowledgeable and professional staff provided excellent assistance. Convenient location to both Venice and the airport. The room was quiet and clean. Smooth check-in process with help offered for baggage. Breakfast provided early for those with early flights.

When I stayed at this hotel, I found the location to be quite convenient. It was quite close to the airport, making it a quick and easy commute. Additionally, it was located next to the Grand Canal, providing a beautiful view. The hotel was also very close to the bus stops that we frequently used to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a small balcony offering a nice touch. The staff provided friendly and helpful service, and the breakfast selection was delicious and varied.

The only downside was that the shower in the bathroom was quite small.

Our romantic escape was greatly enhanced by the complementary champagne and chocolates left in our room upon arrival. The central location of the hotel made it easy to explore the beautiful city of Venice without having to worry about transportation. the staff were courteous and quick to address any issue we had during our stay.

The walls were a bit thin and we could hear quite a bit of noise from neighboring rooms throughout the night. the breakfast offerings were limited and didn't quite meet our expectations.

The surrounding area near the hotel is not the best, as there is a bad zone around it.

It may be on a busy intersection, but that didn't bother me at all. The staff's attention to detail was impressive and they provided basic amenities, like fresh towels daily. My room, located on the ground floor, had average decoration but it had a lovely sunlit balcony. The first floor rooms were just as nice. Plus, depending on the rate, breakfast was possibly included, offering a wide range of choices for a typical Italian breakfast.

Everything was just fine, nothing to complain about.
