We got great value for our money with a room that had a close-up view of the dome from the balcony. The location was amazing, right in the center with shops nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Food for breakfast could have been better.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the very heart of the city center. The location was unbeatable, with the Duomo just a stone's throw away. I loved being able to walk out the door and find myself surrounded by restaurants, shops, and the vibrant atmosphere of this city. The hotel rooms were newly renovated and had lots of character. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff did an excellent job maintaining the spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an elevator/lift that made it convenient to bring my luggage to the fourth floor. The staff also went above and beyond in assisting me with arranging a taxi for my early morning departure to the airport. this hotel provided incredible value for the money spent.

We loved the spacious and comfortable suite, with its mesmerizing artwork on the ceiling. The bathroom was clean and the hot tub added a relaxing touch. The walk-in wardrobe was very spacious and the king size bed provided the best night's sleep. The view of the Duomo from the window was icing on the cake!

Felt like our own home, no complaints whatsoever.

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing. I had a room with a clear view of the duomo, which made me feel like I was right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the different sites and restaurants.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to offer information and arrange transportation. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for us to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice, with a large shower. The location was amazing, just a minute away from Piazza del Duomo. The apartment was well-appointed and had a Nespresso coffee machine. the customer service was excellent.

I had a fantastic stay at Martelli 6 Suite & Apartments in Florence for 4 nights. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the scenic spots and close to the central railway station. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, allowing me to easily fall asleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided was outstanding.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with attractions, restaurants, and the Duomo all within walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious and provided much more space than a typical hotel suite. The minimal decor showcased the beautiful ancient timber and tile ceiling. Despite facing an internal courtyard, my apartment was incredibly quiet and the double glazed windows ensured a peaceful stay. The air conditioning was a much-appreciated escape from the scorching temperatures. The lounge dining area, small kitchen, and smart TV made my stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend staying here for a great experience in Florence.

martelli 6 was a fantastic choice for our stay in florence. the central location and stunning views of the duomo from our bedroom skylight were unexpected surprises. the apartment was well-equipped and incredibly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets outside. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, even waiting for us to arrive late at night. we will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Wifi was poor.

Located in the heart of everything, the Martelli Suites offer a prime location just steps away from the bustling Piazza del Duomo. The spacious and clean rooms provide a comfortable stay, with added amenities such as a Nespresso machine and a large shower in the beautiful bathroom. The staff are attentive and helpful, making for a pleasant experience.

The central location can lead to some noise disturbances, such as the smell of cigarettes and cooking oil late into the night.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with high ceilings and frescoes, making for a unique and aesthetically pleasing stay. The location couldn't have been better, only 50m from a major landmark, and yet the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful and courteous.

There were some issues with the facilities. The wifi was intermittent, which was a common problem in the area.
