The location was unbeatable - right in the heart of the city. The service was incredible - Yulia and Jack were particularly helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. The room was also incredibly comfortable and I loved having an electric kettle in the room for my morning tea. The welcome drink was a lovely touch as well.

Staying at this hotel was such an enjoyable experience. The location is really great and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The restaurant situated within the building serves a phenomenal breakfast with an impressive variety of options. I also enjoyed the beautiful jazz music that can be heard throughout the corridors. The staff were really friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The room and bathroom were stylish and clean, with all the amenities I needed.

That the TV was not compatible with streaming apps.

We enjoyed the fresh pressed juice and comfortable bathtub at Matilde Boutique. While we did experience some noise from outside, it didn't detract from the stylish decor and central location. we recommend this hotel.

I had the best stay at this hotel! It was incredibly close to the city center, just a stone's throw away from all the main attractions. Being in the heart of the city made it so convenient to explore and experience this vibrant city. The staff were incredibly helpful in ordering us a ride to the airport, which made our departure hassle-free. And let me tell you about the breakfast! It was absolutely delicious, with a wide selection of freshly made coffee, juices, and a variety of tasty options. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the friendly staff made this stay unforgettable.

Bathroom lacked privacy

As a disabled traveler, I was pleased with the hotel's accessibility and the attentive staff. They offered car transfer and made restaurant reservations via WhatsApp. The location is central, just steps away from Duomo, with shops and the metro station nearby. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. The housekeeping service was excellent, keeping everything fresh and clean. I also appreciated the special surprise they arranged for our friend's wedding, with balloons and a bottle of champagne. the hotel provided a memorable and enjoyable experience.
