The location of the hotel is perfect for nature lovers, with beautiful surroundings, perfect for bushwalking and exploring. The staff is unbelievably friendly and solution-oriented, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Each room comes with a private seating area for added comfort and relaxation. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offers great facilities such as a swimming pool and a restaurant with exceptional food.

The WiFi could use some improvement, especially in the rooms near the swimming pool.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and shown around our room, which had exclusive amenities and a private balcony overlooking a stunning garden area. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were a relaxing touch, as well as the comfortable sun loungers and heavenly massage options.

The service was a bit slow at times, but this minor issue was quickly forgotten once we experienced the luxurious saltwater pool and breath-taking infinity pool. the shallow end was great for families with young children, and the seasonal outdoor pool was another great addition.

The hotel had a good breakfast with fresh pastries and fruit. Also, the swimming pool was very clean and we enjoyed the view from it. The hotel is located in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, with a nice garden.

The wifi didn't work at all in the rooms, which was frustrating. Moreover, the restaurant for dinner was not open, so we had to drive to find a place to eat. The room was not cleaned properly, there were some stains on the sheets and the bathroom could have been better maintained.
