Our experience was overshadowed by a few frustrating moments. The shuttle service felt a bit competitive at times, with limited space during peak hours, making us feel rushed. Additionally, I was disappointed when I realized the onsite restaurant was unavailable due to private events, leaving us with fewer dining options than expected.

The pool area was wicked nice, lush with greenery, just perfect for chillin'. The staff were super friendly, always makin' sure we were good. Breakfast spread was legit, wide variety and the views from the rooftop were a killer way to start the day. However, the only downside was the occasional noise from the street.

the location was ideal for beautiful sunsets. the staff were exceptional and incredibly friendly, especially Americo and Luka by the pool. breakfast was a delightful self-service buffet with a variety of options. enjoyed the happy hour with delicious snacks.
