For the price we paid, Hotel Mediterraneo in Sant'Agnello was a great value. The room was bright and cheerful, with lots of sunlight. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the Bay of Naples. But the best part was the staff - they were so friendly and accommodating, making us feel like old friends.

The breakfast could have been better with a more flavorful coffee option.

The pool area and hot tub are fantastic, always clean and with plenty of seating. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast has a good selection and the views from the rooms are stunning. The hotel provides a shuttle bus into Sorrento, making it easy to explore the area. a great hotel experience.

We loved the beautifully presented and clean rooms with a great location for evening sunsets. The sky bar had an amazing vibe and atmosphere. The complimentary bus made trips to Sorrento centre effortless. The staff in all departments were 1st class, reception was extremely helpful and the waiters couldn't do enough for you. The meals were first class with plenty of choice for children. The pool area was beautiful and the hotel even provided a packed breakfast on check out for our family without asking.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel with stunning views. The room had a pretty view of the pool and gardens. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially Aniello at the front desk. He recommended a fabulous boat tour of Capri, which was amazing. The hotel also provided a packed breakfast for our early departure. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The views from my sea view room were stunning, and the hotel grounds were impeccably taken care of. The huge pool and lounge area were perfect for relaxing, and the barmen were friendly and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded my room and gifted me a lovely bottle of prosecco for my anniversary. The views from the rooftop were magnificent, and the hotel decor throughout was lovely. Additionally, the hotel provided delicious food options. The free snacks during happy hour at the beautiful White Bar were a great bonus, and the breakfast spread was truly impressive. The fresh orange juice and variety of baked goods were a delightful touch.

We had such a fantastic time at the hotel Mediterraneo! The atmosphere was lively and diverse, with a mix of guests of all ages. One highlight was enjoying a drink at the bar area while watching the sunset - a truly magical moment.

The room had stunning views and the hotel grounds were beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Pina who went above and beyond to help us during a difficult time. The shuttle service was convenient for getting around, and the rooftop bar provided amazing sunset views.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mediterraneo and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers breathtaking views of the sea and has a convenient beach access via an elevator. The pool and beach club are fantastic, and the poolside bar and happy hours were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop with a live DJ was a highlight. The shuttle to the center was very convenient, and the beds were comfortable. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Location, staff, and property were outstanding! AC had occasional issues but staff went above and beyond. Renovated rooms/common areas, generous breakfast, and exceptional service at the pool. Upgraded to a spacious family room. Rooftop unfortunately closed for a wedding, but the atmosphere was fantastic. Will definitely return for a longer stay next time.

We had an amazing time at Mediterraneo! The pool and bar area were fantastic, and the breakfast on the balcony was excellent. The bed and shower exceeded our expectations. Having our own private balcony was a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area.

Our first time in Sorrento and we were amazed by the views of the Bay of Naples from our 4th floor room at Hotel Mediterraneo. The breakfast selection was delicious, and the pool and bar were fantastic. We loved the convenience of the lift to the beach and the facilities at La Marinella. The shuttle bus made it easy to explore Sorrento at night. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. a great experience!
