I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Syracuse and had a wonderful time! The location was perfect, as it was quite close to the train station and not far from the major sights. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage. The bathroom was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a large selection, including fresh fruit, yogurt, and different types of bread. Plus, there was a lovely view from the window of the sea. It was a great experience overall!

I did find that the noise from the street could be a bit bothersome at times.

The staff went above and beyond by looking after luggage and allowing guests to explore the area before checking out. The hotel also had a nice tea service in the room.

Felt quite safe, no reason to complain.

The room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and a comfortable bed. the location was also convenient, just a short walk from the train station and a few good restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful in suggesting places to eat and visit in the city.

The hotel was lacking in several areas, making my business trip less than ideal. the shower had very low water pressure, and the Wi-Fi was spotty and slow.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The rooms on the upper level were spacious and clean, with good bathrooms. I loved having a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided were great, including the tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The location was convenient for the bus terminal, making it easy to explore other parts of Syracuse.

Spacious and clean rooms, daily cleaning and fresh towels, daily replenished water bottles, satisfactory breakfast. Helpful and courteous staff, excellent nearby pizzeria. Perfect proximity to attractions, easy access to transportation. Small and comfortable, quiet during the evening, reliable wifi.
