The hotel's location, although less typical for tourists, was well connected to the bus and metro lines, making it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated the well-organized breakfast, which offered a satisfying start to the day. I had a nice and efficient experience at Mercure.

This hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It's situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood which is worth exploring. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The rooms were equipped with all the facilities we needed, including a coffee maker, and the high-speed free wifi was a convenient bonus. Additionally, having breakfast included in the rate made our mornings hassle-free.

the reception area was often busy and we had to queue up in order to receive attention. I wish there were more staff on duty during peak hours.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and the location of the hotel was great for exploring the city with a metro station just a two-minute walk away.
