We had a great stay at this hotel in terms of the breakfast, room quality, and on-site restaurant. The service provided by the staff was excellent, from the efficient airport transfer arranged by Roberto to the friendly and helpful front desk staff, Alessandra. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The highlight of my stay was the refreshing pool, which provided a much-needed escape from the summer heat. I also appreciated the convenience of the free transport to Rome and the airport, making it easy to explore the city and travel to and from the hotel. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cozy and warm room at Mercure. The beds and pillows were perfect for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff, especially at the front desk, were welcoming and provided rapid service. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The room could use a little update, with some minor issues like no outlets at the bedsides and a shower in a bathtub with a small glass screen. The location felt a bit secluded and the restaurant staff left something to be desired.

We had an unexpected situation and Mercure really came through for us. Despite not notifying them in advance, they made the extra effort to help us out and provided excellent customer service. The spacious rooms, good wifi, and Italian-style breakfast were all highlights. The hotel staff, for the most part, were friendly and accommodating.
