I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a great location near the US consulate and just a stone's throw away from the sea. My room was spacious and comfortable with a mini-bar, small balcony, and air-conditioning. The bathroom was small but clean, and the shower was great with plenty of towels. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with the highlight being the excellent coffee prepared by the very professional Rosaria.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as the absence of a personal safe in the room and the occasional fireworks noise, I still highly recommend staying at this hotel. It offers a welcoming atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and excellent service from the friendly and efficient staff.

Comfortable bed, nice breakfast served by friendly lady. Easy late check-in with clear instructions. Would have stayed longer if possible. Highly recommended.

Close to American consulate and waterfront. Staff incredibly helpful, loaned us a laptop. Nicely decorated rooms with style. Fantastic staff, especially Amelia on reception. Lovely and friendly breakfast service. Safe and secure.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the gulf of Naples, making it convenient for walks along the lungo mare. It is also very close to the sea, allowing guests to easily access the beach. the hotel is in close proximity to the train station, making it easy to explore other parts of the city.

Some guests mentioned that the hotel is a little removed from the main tourist attractions and city center.

The location was great! It was situated in a safe and pleasant neighborhood just a few minutes' walk to the gulf. the room was nicely decorated and clean. the staff was fantastic, always happy to help with anything we needed, from restaurant recommendations to finding a taxi.

The breakfast was a bit limited, mostly sweet options. However, this seems to be typical of Italian breakfasts.

We loved staying at Mergellina! the hotel's location was perfect, with the port and train station just a short walk away. We enjoyed exploring the Chiaia area and the waterfront, which offered plenty of great options for dining and drinks. the staff, especially the breakfast attendant, were lovely and provided excellent service.

No smoking in rooms, but smoke from outside could be detected in the hallways. 🚭
