The hotel's location couldn't be better - right next to the ferry stop and overlooking the beautiful lake. We had our own private terrace with the best views in town. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with a little balcony. The breakfast offered many options and the views from the dining area were amazing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the ferry terminal and bus connections. It made it super convenient for exploring the city and taking day trips. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and everything was impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent information and guidance. The view from my room on the 4th floor was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the lake. I also enjoyed spending time on the rooftop terrace, which offered a magnificent view of the surroundings.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the ferry terminals and within walking distance of all of the main attractions in the area. Our room had a great side view of the lake, which was a beautiful sight to wake up to. the high ceilings and spaciousness of the room added to the charm of the hotel.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved upon. the shower in the room was incredibly small and it was difficult to get the temperature of the water right.

Great location and views. Walking distance to attractions and close to transportation. the complementary breakfast and rooftop terrace were enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the room wasn't up to par. the staff could have been more helpful and approachable.

I stayed at Hotel Metropole for our anniversary and it was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even organizing flowers and champagne. The lake-facing room with a balcony had breathtaking views and the rooftop terrace offered a magnificent panorama. The location was perfect, right by the ferry drop off and bus connections, with charming shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast spread was ideal with a selection of hot and cold options. Hotel Metropole provided us with unforgettable memories.

The hotel's location is ideal for waterfront lunches as it is close to the ferry pier and many restaurants and shops. The rooftop deck offers a stunning view of the lake and the sunsets are absolutely marvelous. guests can easily explore nearby towns like Varenna and Menaggio, as well as admire the snow-capped mountains.

The hotel bar's operating hours were not convenient for some guests.

This hotel is a hidden gem with the best views in town. From the rooftop terrace, we had a view to die for - the incredible Lake Como stretched endlessly in front of us. Our room, with a balcony, had a beautiful side view of the lake, perfect for soaking up the atmosphere. The location couldn't be better, right on the waterfront and next to the ferry, making it easy to explore other towns on Lago di Como.
