During our stay, we unfortunately experienced the worst flooding in 50 years due to a big storm. Our hotel, located on the waterfront, was significantly affected. However, the staff at Metropole Venezia went above and beyond to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. They worked tirelessly throughout the night to protect the hotel and minimize the damage caused by the flooding. Despite the challenging circumstances, the staff remained incredible and made sure our holiday was not ruined. We are grateful for their dedication and professionalism. I would highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service and commitment to their guests.

We loved the fabulous staff, great rooftop bar, and amazing breakfast. The rooms were small but nice, and the mini fridge was stocked daily.

We absolutely loved the vibrant Venetian style of the hotel. The colors, comfy chairs, and beautiful mirrors gave the place a unique and rich atmosphere. The Morano candelabra added an elegant touch everywhere we looked. The terrace at the back was a perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring in the heat. We also admired the beautiful spa, although we didn't get a chance to try it. The staff were absolutely wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at the fabulous Hotel Metropole in Venice for a few days. The staff was incredible, the rooftop bar was great , and the location was perfect. The breakfast each morning was wonderful, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options. The rooms, although small, were very nice and the mini fridge was stocked daily for our enjoyment. We were even upgraded to a better room free of charge. The concierge was superb, able to arrange anything we needed, and the hotel restaurant, The Met, was absolutely fantastic and offered Michelin starred food at a good value. Alberto, Alessandrio, Stephanie, and Fabio made our stay extra special and we are so grateful to them. Our stay at Hotel Metropole completely exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return.

Despite some flaws, my recent stay at the Metropole Venezia was exceptional. The hotel's stunning architecture and aesthetic beauty truly captivated me. The female staff members were friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I was particularly impressed by the concierge at the entrance who went above and beyond to assist me. Even though there were a few disappointments and issues with the hotel, the gorgeous surroundings and the exceptional service from the staff made it a worthwhile experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for its beauty and the amazing service provided.

I got great value for my money at Metropole Venezia. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions. The staff treated us with utmost care and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area.

The breakfast could use some improvement, maybe offer a wider selection to cater to different tastes.

The breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide variety of choices. The staff was helpful and attentive, fulfilling all recommendations. The tropical garden was a beautiful surprise. Convenient location with its own bridge for arrival. The bar and Michelin-star restaurant added to the impressive history and atmosphere of the building.

Great location, vintage decor, wonderful breakfast, helpful staff, historic building with interesting collection of art, easy access to transportation.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel's private pontoon and exquisite interior with antiques and collectibles make for a unique and luxurious experience. The quiet private garden for breakfast provides a peaceful atmosphere away from the tourist crowd, yet still conveniently located near Piazza San Marco. The Michelin star restaurant is simply sublime. As women traveling alone, we felt safe and well taken care of by the attentive and friendly staff.

The room was incredibly luxurious, with a decor fit for a palace. the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. the staff were efficient and kind, always going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

The shower was very basic, not what you would expect from a 5, star hotel. It would have been nice to have more affordable options for the minibar, as the prices were quite high.

We got incredible value for our money at the hotel; the room was pure luxury and the decor throughout the hotel was stunning. The location was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
