We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything. The breathtaking views of the lake and mountains from our room were simply mesmerizing. The staff were friendly, professional, and spoke English fluently, making communication a breeze. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Additionally, the cleanliness and comfort of our room ensured a peaceful and relaxing stay. We couldn't have asked for more.

For the price, the room itself lacked some necessary amenities. However, the view from our terrace more than made up for it.

During our recent stay at Milan Speranza Au Lac, we were delighted with the stunning views of the lake and islands from our spacious room with a balcony on the 5th floor. The room amenities, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and excellent WiFi, made our stay comfortable and convenient. The breakfast served at the hotel had a great variety of delicious food and drinks, and the dinner options at the adjacent Milan Hotel were excellent. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site bar serving snacks. The staff throughout our stay were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Additionally, the free access to the outdoor swimming pool at the nearby Regina Palace Hotel was a nice bonus. we highly recommend Milan Speranza Au Lac for an enjoyable stay in a convenient location.

Great location for exploring the lakeside and nearby shopping and dining areas. Convenient access to public transportation and attractions. Enjoyed the morning bells and beautiful views from higher floor rooms. Delicious breakfast with lake view. Helpful reception staff provided useful information.

Christmas decoration and carols were nice. the hot chocolate and cookies were a great treat offered at check-in. the location was very close to the lake and we enjoyed walking around the area. the staff was friendly.

The walls were too thin and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. the heating system was not working properly and our room was too cold.

The hotel is perfectly situated, just a stone's throw away from the boat station, making it easy to explore the area by water. It is also conveniently located right next to a charming church, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The hotel offers stunning views of the lake, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the picturesque scenery. Additionally, the hotel is in close proximity to a variety of shops, making it convenient for guests to do some retail therapy.

Some receptionist staff were reported to be aggressive, which could potentially dampen the overall guest experience.
