We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Clean rooms and delicious breakfast with freshly made pastries and coffee by the friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the historic center of the city, allowing easy access to all that this city has to offer. The staff were always pleasant and helpful in answering our questions and providing assistance. Additionally, the view from the back of the hotel and the terrace was absolutely lovely, offering a picturesque sight of the city.

One of the highlights of our stay at Hotel Minerva was the superb location. Being just a stone's throw away from the main attractions, we were able to easily explore the beautiful city of Siena.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Siena and had a wonderful experience. the location was fantastic - right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore. The room I stayed in was a pleasant surprise - it was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The modern air conditioning was a godsend during the hot days, and I particularly enjoyed having a balcony with a lovely view of Siena's medieval centre. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were extra helpful and attentive to my needs, which made me feel well taken care of.

We loved the stunning view from our triple room's balcony over the charming old town. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from the train station and within easy reach of all the main attractions. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of delicious choices. The staff, especially the two ladies at Reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the spacious balcony with a pleasant outlook over the old city. The location at the gates of Siena was fantastic, and the hotel garage next door provided convenient parking at a reasonable price. The breakfast offered a healthy variety of choices, even though the coffee maker in the breakfast room didn't work well that day. it was a great pick and offered good value for the money.

Staff were not pleasant and were insulted when I asked about the possibility of an upgrade. The room itself was small and noisy, with limited space for luggage.

The hotel's location was great, very close to all the tourist attractions, and with easy access to public transportation. the complimentary drinks in the lobby and the free Wi-Fi were nice touches that we appreciated. the room was spacious and had a good amount of natural light, making it a comfortable space to relax in.

Our Christmas stay at the hotel was not very enjoyable due to the noisy guests in the neighboring rooms. the walls were thin and we could hear everything happening around us.
