We had an exceptional time at this luxurious hotel. The beautiful spa provided exclusive amenities such as body wraps and massages that made our stay here unforgettable. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. The in-room breakfast was a highlight, and the restaurant offered a great selection of wines. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

The only minor issue we experienced was the price, which had increased since our last visit. Despite this, we still found the value for money to be fantastic.

Very enjoyable city break with excellent food and service. The hotel's spa was spacious and relaxing with a great selection of facilities. We particularly liked the jacuzzi and saunas. The half board option provided great value with delicious meals served, and we enjoyed the daily snacks offered. The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby Alpine Villages and Lago Di Braies.

The limited hours of the mini bus service that provided access to the ski lifts. We felt the hours of operation should be extended to cater to guests wishing to ski in the morning or afternoon.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Comfortable room, beautiful private "stube", spacious. Relaxing wellness area, cozy and not crowded. Terrific dinner, delicious meals. Friendly and professional staff.
