Our stay at Mistral Luxury Suites was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a huge bathroom. It had an open view and was conveniently located within walking distance to the main train station and the main street. Lolanda, the host, was incredibly responsive and even waited for us when we arrived after check-in hours. It was a pleasant experience for all three of us, and we would highly recommend staying here. The communication and assistance from the host were great, and the room was serviced daily. The little kitchenette was a bonus, fully equipped with everything we needed for breakfast or a drink. The aircon was perfect for hot days. it was a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The location was perfect, away from touristy areas but still close to the center of town. The nearby marketplace and convenient DHL made our stay even better.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the train station and within walking distance to the city center. This makes it extremely convenient for exploring the area or catching ferries to attractions like Capri. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a large bathroom. The staff is friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Plus, they provide a complimentary basket of breakfast snacks and replenish the fridge with water daily.

The lack of a parking lot can be inconvenient for guests with automobiles, as they have to rely on the hotel to take care of their car. This can sometimes result in delays, which can be frustrating, especially when you have plans or tours scheduled.

I recently stayed at Mistral in Sorrento for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spotless, with tasteful decor and excellent air conditioning. Its location was ideal, just a short walk from the city center but away from the noise. The proximity to the ferry terminals was also a plus. Parking was convenient, just a minute away. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing recommendations for attractions and restaurants.

The view from the suite was absolutely breathtaking. We had a room at the front and even though there were frequent sirens due to the nearby hospital, it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment. The spaciousness of the suite was also a major plus, with a lovely bathroom and a large walk-in shower. And can we talk about the comfortable bed? It was like sleeping on a cloud!

One major downside was the lackluster breakfast. They claimed to provide breakfast, but all we got were packaged dry goods, some average fruit, and cereal.

The view from our suite was absolutely stunning, with a clear view of the city and the sea. It made for the perfect backdrop to our Christmas holiday. the suite itself was very spacious, with a lovely bathroom and a large walk-in shower. We also appreciated the small gas hob in the kitchenette, which allowed us to cook some meals during our stay. The location was also a key highlight, as it was within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

One of the biggest drawbacks of our stay was the lack of parking facilities. We were told that our car would be taken and returned to us upon request, but it was never on time, causing us to waste valuable time waiting.

The room was mind-blowingly nice, with a jaw-dropping little kitchenette and fully stocked refrigerator. The hosts were incredibly professional and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay UNFORGETTABLE. The location was super convenient, within walking distance to the train station and main street. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch, and we loved the small breakfast snacks and drinks provided. a fantastic stay in a clean and well-maintained accommodation. We would definitely come back!

The air-conditioned rooms are a dream come true! They are equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a wardrobe to a coffee machine, fridge, minibar, safety deposit box, and even a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom with a shower is just the icing on the cake. It’s like staying in a luxurious oasis!

Noisy road.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the main streets but away from the crowds and noise. The soundproofing in the rooms was great, blocking out any noise from the street. I especially enjoyed the amazing view from my room, with stunning sunsets over the water and a great view of the surrounding area.

On arrival, the staff were not very helpful or friendly. There was also a lack of instructions on which building and floor to go to, causing us to wander around and message the staff for guidance.
