We recently stayed at a beautiful wine-making monastery in the heart of Etnea. The location was perfect, surrounded by picturesque vineyards and a large working farm. The room was gorgeous, with a comfortable bed and a sumptuous bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was absolutely spectacular, with fresh eggs made to order and a selection of local cheeses, meats, and vegetables. The views from the property were breathtaking, offering a true sense of tranquility. it was a wonderful experience.

The dinner selection could have been improved, as it was somewhat limited.

I had a fantastic stay at this superb retreat near Etna. The facilities and property at Monaci Delle Terre Nere were absolutely stunning. Our room, located in a former wine press, was cozy and beautifully decorated. The bed was great and the bathroom was spotless. One of the highlights was being able to sit just outside our room, sipping on a glass of wine while enjoying the breathtaking views of the vineyards. The fresh fruit provided was delicious, although we did notice some sticker imprints on a few pieces. The on-site restaurant was a treat, with a delicious breakfast and fantastic dinner options. The staff was incredibly friendly and even helped us arrange a massage and a guide for hiking Etna. a quiet and relaxing way to enjoy the Etna region.

This boutique hotel is a hidden gem nestled in the hills of Sicily. The luxurious amenities such as the infinity pool, sun terrace and lavish garden area make for a truly relaxing atmosphere. The live entertainment at the poolside snack bar is a lovely touch. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service.

The only minor issue is that the dinner options could be more diverse. Apart from that, this hotel exceeded my expectations and impressed me with its fantastic facilities, location and ambiance.

This hotel had stunning views of the sea and the surrounding countryside, which made for a romantic atmosphere. The breakfast was also a highlight with a variety of fresh produce and baked goods. The location was perfect for exploring nearby historical sites and the local cuisine was phenomenal.

The room was not as clean as we expected and had an unpleasant odor. the price for the quality of service was not worth it, and staff were not particularly helpful or accommodating.
