Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious five-star hotel in Venice with amazing views of the canal. the staff were attentive and spoke multiple languages, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a super comfortable king-size bed and a stunning alabaster bathroom. the hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from the famous Marcus Place and with easy access to the rest of Venice. One highlight was dining on the restaurant's terrace, overlooking the canal and enjoying the view of the Basilica Santa Maria della Salute. it was a wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just steps away from San Marco Square and with a stunning view of the Grand Canal. The hotel lobby was impressive and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It was so convenient to have the water bus stop right next to the hotel, making transportation easy.

Our stay at Monaco & Grand Canal was absolutely wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better location - just a short walk from Piazza San Marco and right around the corner from the water taxi. The suite we stayed in was spacious and perfect for our family of three adults and one child. The bathroom was also very spacious and luxurious. The lobby of the hotel was impressive, and everything was clean and updated.

I was pleasantly surprised by the central location of the hotel, just a stone's throw away from the iconic Piazza San Marco. Although we didn't have a waterfront view, the charming street corner, adorned with twinkling Christmas lights, created a magical ambiance. Being in such a prime location was especially advantageous during the cold weather as we didn't have to venture far to catch a taxi boat from the San Marco stop right in front of the hotel. The friendly and humorous front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us, including helping us find the most affordable and efficient way to get to the airport with our heavy luggage. Moreover, the hotel's aesthetic surpassed my expectations and didn't do justice to the photos. The grandeur of the lobby took my breath away upon arrival.

The location of the hotel was superb, being situated right next to St Mark's square. You could easily access the famous square and the iconic Rialto Bridge within minutes. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to the water bus station, providing easy access to St Mark's Square and other attractions.

The pollution from the gondolas in front of the restaurant and the constant exhaust from the water taxis dropping people off made the area quite unpleasant.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of prosecco and in the room, there were lovely chocolates in the afternoon. The staff was friendly and competent. The hotel is conveniently located, just 3 minutes from San Marco. The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable. The restaurant had a beautiful terrace overlooking the canal.

During my Easter stay, I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was conveniently located close to major attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit.

One aspect that I disliked about my stay was the attitude of the restaurant downstairs. They had a snobby attitude and didn't allow guests wearing shorts, which I found to be unnecessary and off-putting.

We were blown away by the amazing location and service at this hotel. When we arrived late, they went above and beyond by sending a water taxi to pick us up. The room with a canal view was a bit pricey, but the breathtaking view made it worth every penny. We felt like VIPs with the five-star treatment throughout our stay.
