I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was close to the center and within walking distance to the Dolonne cable car. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area and enjoying outdoor activities. The hotel staff was exceptional, providing excellent service and ensuring that my room was always spotless. The spa area was a great addition, with a relaxing atmosphere and top-notch facilities. I especially appreciated the shuttle service to the lifts, making it easier for me and my family to get around. I was impressed with the enhanced comfort and quality services provided by this hotel.

The staff at Ih Hotels were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They were quick to resolve any issues and made us feel valued as guests. One particular instance stands out when we were initially given a triple room instead of the quadruple room we had booked. The reception staff apologized for the mix-up and quickly found us another room, ensuring that it was clean and ready for us. Although it was a small hiccup, their swift action and attentiveness made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding service and dedication to guest satisfaction.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The location was perfect - close to the bus station, making it easy to explore the area. We were also just a short bus ride away from the cable cars that took us up to the slopes. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spacious with a lovely warm bath. The service was exceptional - the staff were friendly, helpful, and nothing was too much for them. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food, and we even had a packed breakfast when we needed to leave early for our flight. The hotel also had great facilities, like a spa and a ski room with shuttle service.

The ground floor Piano bar was a bit too loud and went on too late, which could be heard in our room.

The hotel location was perfect for our city break, just a short walk from the town center. We loved the stunning view from our room and the complimentary shuttle service to the ski lifts was an added bonus. the reception staff was helpful, and the breakfast selection was great.

The Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby, which we found inconvenient, and the bed was uncomfortable. the triple room provided was unsuitable for children and was charged at an unreasonable adult rate.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly energetic, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel facilities, including the room, restaurant, bar, lounge. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the hotel, especially considering the price we paid. The location was convenient, with a free shuttle service to the nearby ski lifts and a short walk into the center of the city.
