We had a fantastic time at this place! The location couldn't be better, right on the main shopping street where we walked everywhere. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was great and had everything we needed. Plus, there were sweet and savoury snacks available all hours, which was a nice touch. a wonderful experience!

The location of this hotel was absolutely ideal, right in the center of the city. Despite its central location, it was surprisingly quiet in the hotel, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay. One of the standout features of this hotel was the opportunity to help myself to snacks and cake anytime and free of charge. It was such a lovely touch that added to the overall luxurious experience.

We loved staying here as it was situated right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore all the shops and tourist spots. The service we received was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry all available. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and we appreciated the tours/ticket assistance. The in-room amenities were great, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The rooms were also soundproofed, which was fantastic.

We were warmly welcomed by the hotel owner's adorable dog, which instantly made us feel at home. The Vesuvio room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and spacious. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests or questions. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions. Plus, I loved the fact that they had a little self-service area with snacks and drinks available, perfect for a quick bite or a caffeine fix.

One thing that I didn't particularly like was the size and speed of the elevator. It was quite small and slow, which could be a bit inconvenient especially during busy times.

We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful stay we had at Napolimia Boutique. The room looked recently refurbished with a modern design and great decorations. The clean and spacious room had a comfy bed and pillows, and the bathroom was of good size and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a nice little 'comfort' area with snacks and fruit. The breakfast served in the beautiful dining room was fantastic, with good coffee. The hotel's location on a busy pedestrianised street was perfect, and the small lift available was a bonus. I'll highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
