I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a quiet central place right across the "angel" bridge from Vatican City. The room was modern, neat, and tidy, with all the amenities I could imagine - including a well-stocked kitchen and a personal laundry for my convenience. The staff were excellent, always friendly and attentive, providing a welcome drink upon arrival and offering tours and ticket assistance. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, offering beauty treatments and leisure activities. I was impressed with the quality of service and the comfortable, well-equipped room.

The location of Navona Open Space was fantastic, with all the main sights within walking distance. The staff, especially Joel, was incredibly attentive and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom well-stocked, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely come back to Navona Open Space Apartments. I highly recommend this hotel!

We got great value for our money at Navona Open Space! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing, within walking distance to all the top sights. The staff were incredibly kind and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants.

Breakfast offerings could be improved. It would have been nice to have a greater variety of items, such as more fruit and yoghurt, instead of just packaged cereals and cakes.

Great location, right in the heart of the city with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a weekend stay, including a dishwasher and washing machine. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast supplies provided in the fridge.

The bathroom upstairs was a bit small and could have used more space for hanging towels and storing toiletries. the noise from the street and other guests made it a bit difficult to sleep at night.

Edoardo was helpful and responsive, clean and well-utilized space, provided kitchen amenities, great wifi connection, highly recommended.

We had a great time staying in a cozy apartment near the Vatican and other major tourist spots. The location was ideal, as we could easily walk to Vatican City, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bedroom and living room. The owner, Edoardo, was very helpful and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were some minor issues with the apartment, such as confusion about the location upon arrival and the unit being cleaned only once during our week-long stay.
