I recently stayed at the Anglo American Hotel in Florence for a short visit. The receptionist, Giovanni, was incredibly helpful, even printing our travel documents and making inquiries on our behalf. Francesca greeted us with a warm smile every day, making our stay welcoming. The waitress, Alice, was attentive and provided complimentary snacks since local restaurants were closed. The hotel itself had a picturesque reception and historical palace feel, with vintage furnishings that added to the ambiance. It was in a quiet area, within walking distance to the city center, making it a perfect location for us. the Anglo American Hotel provided true Italian hospitality and I would consider staying there again.

The location of this hotel is ideal, as it is within walking distance to the train terminal and the central station. It is situated in a quiet area, away from the crowds and noise of the city center. The hotel staff were amazing, always going above and beyond to assist us and make us feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was large and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options.

This hotel is recommended for families, as it provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all members.

The staff here are always professional and go out of their way to make sure their guests are well taken care of. The hotel has a charming ambiance and I always feel safe and secure during my stay. The breakfast they serve is excellent and the seating area is in several large, beautiful rooms on the main floor. The guest rooms are always spotlessly clean. The location of this place is great, as it is within walking distance of all the attractions and has easy access to trains.

I do have to mention that this hotel isn't right in the city center, so you do have to walk a bit. However, I found the walk to be quite enjoyable, especially along the Arno River.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was large, clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a fabulous spacious marble bathroom. The availability of light meals in the bar was a great idea, and the lovely waitress served us a yummy lasagne and salad. The staff, particularly Guilo and Elisabeth, were superb, providing us with directions to all attractions and offering advice when roads were closed. Despite being a little away from the main attractions, the hotel's location was actually a perk as it was much quieter. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, especially Giovanni on reception, who printed all our travel documents and made inquiries on our behalf. Francesca and Alice also made our stay incredibly welcoming with their friendly smiles and gracious hospitality. The receptionist, Sara, was also very welcoming and proud of her city and hotel, and she showed this in a very nice way. The hotel had good-sized and clean rooms and was in a good location.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic - in a quiet area but still within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff here are incredible, treating me like a VIP from the moment I arrived. Cristina, in particular, went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The buffet breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. I really enjoyed exploring the city and this hotel was the perfect base for my adventures.

I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends. They will love the convenient location and the attentive staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel! The elegant interior and old-world Florence charm added a touch of class to our experience. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to show us where we were on the map in relation to the main attractions. Our junior suite was absolutely brilliant and definitely worth the upgrade. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was lovely with a separate shower cubicle and a bath that also had a shower in it. The room was tidied everyday, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices from 7am to 10am. The hotel's location near the river made it easy to navigate back from the city center. Additionally, it was conveniently located just a 5-10 minute walk from the train station.

We highly recommend this hotel to others. The service, atmosphere, and amenities provided here exceeded our expectations.
