The breakfast area is pleasant and the location is convenient. The room is comfortable and has air conditioning. There is a fridge in the room for cold drinks. The small touches, such as shower gel, are appreciated. The breakfast selection is great and everything is very clean.

During my recent stay at Nh Collection in Rome, I was impressed by the overall comfort and convenience. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from popular attractions such as Musei Vaticani and Piazza Popolo.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, like an older bathroom and a noisy air conditioning system, they did not significantly impact the quality of my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the SiT shuttle Vaticano stop, making it easy to access the airport bus and explore all of Rome's attractions. It is also within walking distance to major sights such as Vatican City and Castel Sant'Angelo. The rooms are modern and aesthetically pleasing, with comfortable beds and functional bathrooms. The service is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of food, and the hotel even provides a storage facility for luggage after check-out.

The wifi in the hotel was unreliable and did not work during the entire stay.

I had a great stay at this venue. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood but still very close to all the action. I had a great view of the Vatican from my room. The staff were incredibly helpful with any questions I had, and the room service was great. They even have laundry service so I didn't have to worry about packing too much. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a terrace and in-room safe. The front desk staff at reception, including the guest relations manager, made sure I had a fantastic stay with their excellent customer service.

In summary, this hotel had everything I needed for a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the amenities were fantastic, and the location was perfect.

What an amazing Easter vacation I had! First of all, the complimentary breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes including daily specials. the location was perfect, only a few minutes walk to all the main attractions and easily accessible to public transportation. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside to my stay was a minor delay at check-in. My room was not immediately ready when I arrived, but the staff offered me the option to wait in the bar area and even offered a complimentary drink.

Great location, comfortable rooms, complimentary snacks and water, good wifi connection, late check-in option, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was recently remodeled, so it felt very clean and upgraded. The location was great, with restaurants, bars, and shops just one block away. the breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, including gluten-free options.

The front desk staff were not very friendly and did not fulfill promises. For example, they said they would provide a hotel car to the airport within 10 minutes, but we ended up waiting for 30 minutes and had to hail a taxi ourselves.
