Staying at Nikki House was an absolute delight. the location was perfect, away from the crowds yet close to the water taxi. the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and had stunning views. Luca, our host, was incredibly accommodating and communicative throughout our stay. He even provided recommendations for restaurants and made sure we were well taken care of. I can't recommend Nikki House enough, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip to this beautiful city.

We got incredible value for our money at this gem of a hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean, with thoughtful touches like a bottle of Bellini in the fridge. The location couldn't have been better, within easy walking distance to all the major attractions. Luca and his family treated us like royalty, providing us with tips before our arrival, meeting us at the water taxi spot, and even holding our luggage on our last day. They truly made our stay special.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better would be more variety in the breakfast items offered.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get to from the airport. It is very close to the center, with everything within walking distance. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious with beautiful views of the city. The hosts are friendly and helpful, providing tips and recommendations for exploring the area. Guests mentioned that the apartments have good coffee and beautiful stairs to the second floor.

The shower can sometimes run out of hot water if taken back-to-back, and there is no laundry facility on-site.

He provided me with helpful tips on where to eat and how to get around, and even met me at the water taxi spot to ensure I found the apartment easily. The location of Nikki House couldn't have been better - close to the center but away from the crowds. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like an authentic stay in Venice. The views of the gondola and surrounding buildings were stunning. Although there were a few minor issues, such as the double bed splitting apart and the lack of clothes washing facilities, they were easily resolved. Luca and his family were always available to help and even held our luggage on the last day while we explored. I can't recommend Nikki House enough and can't wait to plan my next trip back to Venice. I had an exceptional experience and would definitely choose Nikki House again.

The location of Nikki House is absolutely fantastic, just a short walk away from St Marks Square. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and well-equipped, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are also very nice. Each room has its own air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay even in the summer heat. Lovely, clean, spacious apartment tucked back on a small street close to all the Carnivale festivities. Patient and kind host, Luca, gave us restaurant recommendations and gifted us a bottle of Prosecco for our honeymoon. Alessandro was very helpful and courteous, showing us the well-equipped apartment and offering further information. Perfectly located, close to restaurants and activities but quiet in the mornings and evenings. Beautiful apartment, comfy bed, with a nice natural breeze. Netflix available for evening relaxation. Felt right at home.
