I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff at this hotel. They were welcoming and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The location was also a highlight, being within walking distance from the train station, making it convenient for travelers. Additionally, the breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options including soy milk, integral cereal, and fresh fruits. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of service, basic amenities, and value for money.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was that the bathrooms were a bit small. However, this is a common problem not just in this hotel, but in many accommodations in Italy.

the staff at Novo Hotel Rossi were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room, although small, had everything I needed and more. One highlight was being able to borrow a bike from the hotel to explore the old city. the breakfast offered a good variety of options and the location was convenient for accessing the railway station.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding, with spacious, clean and modern rooms that would have cost much more in my own country. The location was conveniently near the train station and a peaceful 20-minute walk to the city center. The staff was friendly, helpful and quickly arranged dinner for us upon our late arrival.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Carmen and Marina, made a huge difference to our experience. They were super friendly and always ready to help. The room was perfect, offering a comfortable bed, a great variety of TV channels, and a good shower. Everything was also very clean. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, as it was very close to the main train station in this city. Additionally, there was a superb local restaurant nearby that we highly recommend, as it is run as a social project. Lastly, the breakfast provided by the hotel was excellent, although we hope they change the boiled eggs system.

Two complementary facts were offered during our stay which we appreciated. the location was perfect for us with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and we enjoyed starting our days with a delicious meal.

While the hotel was clean, the bathroom in our room was quite small which made it a bit challenging to move around. the surrounding neighborhood did not feel the safest, especially at night.
