The staff were so friendly and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, especially the swimming pool, were top-notch. The location was excellent, close to a small shopping mall, making it convenient for both family vacations and business trips. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I was really impressed by the hotel's amenities and the exceptional service provided by the staff.

The location of the hotel was excellent, centrally located and close to many attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was also a plus, as the rooms were well maintained and tidy. the complimentary drink on arrival was a nice touch and added a bit of warmth to the experience.

Disliked the noise level during my stay, as there were school trips and teenagers running amok throughout the hotel. The breakfast provided was basic and not worth the price, and the food in general was of poor quality.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us a warm welcome upon check-in and made sure our dogs felt welcome too. The room was spacious with a comfortable double bed and sofa. The location was convenient, close to a motorway junction, and there was green open space nearby where we could walk our dogs. The hotel also had secure underground parking, which was a bonus.

During my Easter getaway, I appreciated the spacious rooms and the efficient staff who offered assistance when needed. I liked the central location near public transport, making it easy to explore the city without much hassle.

On the other hand, the hotel could use an upgrade as some amenities appeared tired and outdated. the breakfast did not meet my expectations, lacking variety and quality of food.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, right beside the tram which brings you straight into Turin center in about 20 to 30 minutes. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a nice view of the snow-capped mountains. The bathrooms are clean and of a decent size. The staff at the reception is friendly and the service is fast.

Despite being a bit outside the city center, this hotel is well connected by tram, so getting to and from the main attractions was never an issue. The surroundings of the hotel were quiet, with not much to do in the immediate area.

The rooms and furnishings were in good condition, and the location was very convenient, especially for those traveling by car. The staff were helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the timings were convenient, even on weekends. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
