We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was modern and comfortable, with two double bedrooms and a lovely kitchen/dining/lounge area. The bathroom was fabulous and had a great shower. The hotel facilities were excellent - fully airconditioned and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the main pedestrianised shopping street and right in the center of town where the action is. We were also pleased to find that it was only a few minutes' walk to the main sightseeing attractions, such as the arena and Juliet's balcony. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, providing us with helpful travel tips and allowing us to leave our luggage for collection later in the day.

The central location allowed us to easily explore the city on foot and enjoy the lively atmosphere. Additionally, the daily basket of snacks for breakfast was a thoughtful touch that added to our overall satisfaction.

The location in the middle of Verona's old town was convenient for accessing shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Limited traffic made for a lovely atmosphere. The two-bedroom apartment was ideal for our group. The lift, although slow, worked perfectly. Daily cleaning was spotless. The room had basic cooking equipment and large wine glasses. The center of Verona's Old Town was only a few steps from the Arena. The staff provided great satisfaction.

Our stay at Opera Relais De Charme - Aparthotel was fantastic! We were in Verona for the opera and the hotel's location was perfect - within walking distance of the opera house, city center, restaurants, bus lines, and stores. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious two-bedroom apartment that was ideal for our family. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, providing excellent service and making us feel like VIPs. We even enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast on our first morning. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We had a fantastic stay in this city. Right in the center, between the two most famous squares, with easy access to all tourist areas. Plus, it's so close to a bustling walking street with plenty of shops. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with a beautifully laid out room that had all the amenities we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with a complimentary breakfast hamper every day. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, great shower, and even a small kitchen and balcony. We can't wait to come back next year!

The kitchenette was fully equipped and the personnel were friendly and helpful. The highlight was the unique room decor inspired by famous operas, with our room being themed after L'elisir d'amore. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment felt like home. Special mention to Sabrina from the reception, who provided outstanding service and even helped us with our luggage. our stay here was perfect in every respect, with clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and great self-catering facilities.

The rooms were luxurious, well-appointed, and very quiet. One downside was that the tiles on the floor were quite cold, so it was necessary to use the provided slippers. Additionally, the room temperature was a bit chilly when we first arrived.
