I had a fantastic stay at the Ortea Palace Hotel, Autograph Collection. The location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout my visit. The classic deluxe room I stayed in was magnificent, with lovely views and a comfortable bed. I also appreciated that the hotel is dog-friendly, although there was a fee for bringing a pet. The breakfast each morning was very nice, offering a good variety of options.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. The bathroom was not well-stocked with essentials like Kleenex, and the bed was a bit too soft for my liking.

I had an amazing stay here! The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Silivia, in particular, went out of her way to give me tips on where to see the Perseides meteor shower. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the beautiful dining area to the wonderful spa. The location was perfect, as everything was within walking distance. I loved being able to easily visit the local sites and explore this city. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge assortment of food. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and breakfast were all fantastic.

We had a fantastic family vacation at this stunning hotel. Located just on the edge of Ortega, it was a convenient location to explore the main square and the Ortigia/Syracuse area. Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and a breathtaking view of the sea and harbor. The breakfast offered a wide assortment of delicious options, including fresh fruit, eggs, pastries, and more. The facilities were top-notch, and the service was exceptional.

The check-in process was a bit lengthy, which was slightly disappointing. Despite this, the staff did their best to make up for it by offering us complimentary refreshments as a gesture of goodwill.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The check-in process was slow, causing us to wait for about 45 minutes to get to our room.

Additionally, the room had a magnificent view of the city and the harbor, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is centrally located and close to markets and sights. The rooms are high end and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The location is great and easy to access.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, situated right on the small harbor at the edge of the old city. We loved strolling around the old city and visiting the stunning cathedral. The spa facilities were impressive, especially the pool. It was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Additionally, the restaurant offered fine dining with delicious meals that were truly enjoyable.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The cleaning service was slightly below expectations as they left some dirty glasses and other items around during daily cleanings.
