This hotel is a hidden gem. The location is ideal, right along the shorefront only a few minutes walk from the pier where the ferry docks. It is extremely close to the port, making it convenient for those arriving by ferry. The rooms are spacious and include all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved that it was right next to a proper café within the hotel. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were helpful and attentive to all our queries. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and included a variety of options such as cooked eggs and sweet cakes.

The location of Ossidiana Stromboli Center is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the ferry arrival, making it convenient for exploring the island on foot. The hotel's terrace by the beach is truly charming, and enjoying morning coffee there was a delightful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the sea view from our corner room on the first floor was absolutely breathtaking. The staff, especially Susana, provided excellent service and went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. One morning, we had to leave before breakfast hours, but Susana arranged for a delicious meal at the bar, including homemade sandwiches, croissants, and hot beverages. The hotel offers great value for money, and we had a wonderful experience overall.

While the hotel had a separate room for breakfast with a wide range of options, the staff could have made more of an effort to explain the different choices available and how to use the coffee machine. Additionally, there was a small fridge built into the bedside table in our room, but we only discovered it on our last day as there was no sign or mention of it during check-in.
