We had a fantastic stay at this lovely and quiet hostel. the staff at Ostello Tasso were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our experience great. They even organized a reservation at a fantastic restaurant for us! the interior design of the hostel was beautiful, and although it was not centrally located, we enjoyed exploring the local neighborhood. It was a bit of a walk to the city center, but definitely manageable. this was the best hostel we have stayed at in a long time, and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The rooms with private bathrooms are clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. Additionally, having a library upstairs adds a cozy and relaxed atmosphere to the hotel.

I recently stayed at a unique and artistic hotel in Florence for a few nights. The decor and overall aesthetic of the place had a retro and hipster vibe that I really liked. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me to store my things after checkout so I could explore the city. The spacious bathroom with its enormous shower and sink was impressive, and now my girlfriend wants a pink bathroom just like theirs. The location was perfect, just outside the main tourist area but within walking distance to many attractions. The hotel had a cute yard with chairs and tables, as well as a stage room with a bar, making it a great option for a younger crowd.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with clean bathrooms and good showers. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful trip advice. The common area is vibrant, hosting music events and film screenings. The breakfast is great, with a choice of coffee, juice, croissant, and french toast.

The lack of air conditioning may be a downside during hot weather.

The food was amazing and the atmosphere was electric. We loved meeting locals and international artists who frequented the place. the creative vibe and live performances were the cherry on top of an incredible adventure. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot.

During my recent stay at Ostello Tasso, I was fortunate enough to have a spacious room to share with just five other people. It was a quiet and peaceful environment, perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff at the hostel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even offering me a refreshing glass of cold water after a long day of exploring the city in the summer heat. Despite a broken lock on the bathroom door, it didn't really impact my stay.

A couple of drawbacks that I encountered were the lack of lockers in the room, which meant I had to carry my valuables with me everywhere or hope that nothing would go missing. Additionally, the hostel lacked a lively social atmosphere, so if you're looking for a place with a vibrant social scene, Ostello Tasso may not be the best choice.

loved the hip design of the hostel, especially the cool interior and garden area. The jazz festival in the bar made it even more special. Convenient location in a cool area, walkable to major sites. Friendly staff, especially Federica. Will definitely recommend and return on my next visit to Florence!
